Oppidan Connect, together with hyperscalers and capital partners, established the Oppidan Connect Community Fund to provide charitable support to local organizations with direct connections to the communities where Oppidan develops and operates data centers.

From veteran support organizations to youth programs, emergency services, schools and community initiatives, the fund is designed to strengthen the places where Oppidan Connect works and builds.

Why It Matters

Data centers are essential to the way people live, work, learn, and connect. They support the digital infrastructure that businesses, schools, healthcare systems, public services, and families rely on every day.

The Oppidan Connect Community Fund advances that commitment by supporting organizations and initiatives that strengthen quality of life, address local needs, and create positive momentum in the places where we build.

Built on a Legacy of Giving

Giving back has long been part of Oppidan’s story. Over the past 35 years, Oppidan has contributed nearly $20 million to charitable organizations and initiatives supporting healthcare, education, veterans’ services, community development, and quality-of-life programs.

One example is The Pillars Fund, founded by Oppidan’s senior housing business, which has supported more than 1,200 seniors and funded more than 50 programs for individuals living with dementia and memory loss.

In 2026, Oppidan Connect is proud to support 18 organizations and initiatives in the communities where we develop data centers.
