Naomi Ohnstad
VP of Development
As Vice President of Development for Oppidan Connect, Naomi leads data center developments from concept through completion, navigating the complex processes required to bring projects to life. Her broad development experience and ability to coordinate stakeholders, solve challenges, and guide projects through each stage of development make her an integral part of the Oppidan Connect team.
Prior to joining Oppidan, Naomi was a key member of United Properties’ Senior Living team, where she helped create and grow the Amira brand. Her development experience also spans retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Naomi began her real estate career with Christopher & Banks as a national leasing representative and holds a Master of Business Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bemidji State University.
